Qualifications

  • Applicants must be enrolled in a civil engineering, civil engineering technology or civil technology curriculum
  • Applicants must be either enrolled at Pennsylvania State University, Bucknell University or Pennsylvania College of Technology or have residence in the counties of Bradford, Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga or Union and attend another college
  • Applicants must have completed at least the sophomore year of a four-year curriculum or the freshman year of a two-year curriculum by August 31
  • Deadline April 1

Qualifications

  • Current and/or aspiring Lycoming County medical professionals who plan to dedicate their lives to helping others
  • Be accepted into a part-time or full-time medical related program, including medicine, nursing, pharmacy, allied health, or any other related specialty
  • Preference given to the following: either a student who is returning to develop new skills and/or knowledge, or a first-time student who is not necessarily a recent high school graduate
  • Deadline April 1

Qualifications

  • Applicants must be a graduate of a private or public high school or an accredited home school or cyber school program who resides in Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Tioga, Snyder, Sullivan, or Union County
  • Applicants must be accepted or currently enrolled into either a full-time accredited undergraduate degree program or accredited technical/trade school and have a demonstrated financial need
  • Applicants should be well rounded students and destined to do well in their chosen field, as demonstrated by their work ethic and/or participation in community and school activities

Preference shall be given as follows:

  • Applicants that are a graduating senior(s) from Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Tioga, Snyder, Sullivan, or Union County pursuing a career in aviation, including but not limited to technical certification as an aircraft & power plant mechanic (A&P), an avionics technician, pilot training leading to advanced certifications, air traffic controller or aeronautical engineer
  • Priority shall be given to a student who resides in Lycoming County
  • Applicants that have graduated from a Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Tioga, Snyder, Sullivan, or Union County private or public school, or an accredited home school or cyber school currently pursuing a career in aviation, including but not limited to technical certification as an aircraft & power plant mechanic (A&P), an avionics technician, pilot training leading to advanced certifications, air traffic controller or aeronautical engineer
  • Priority shall be given to a student who resides in Lycoming County
  • Previously awarded scholarship recipients may reapply for up to three (3) additional years
  • If in any year there are no applicants who are pursuing a career in aviation, preference shall be given to a graduating senior from a Lycoming County high school

Qualifications

  • Clinton, Lycoming or Sullivan County Public School graduating senior or currently enrolled student
  • Plans to attend or currently attend an accredited college, university, or vocational institution of higher education
  • Plans to pursue a degree in a construction-related field of study
  • Must have achieved a B average
  • Preference shall be given to applicants who are currently a member of a Student Chapter of the National Association of Home Builders. This chapter must have elected officers and a demonstrated program of activities.

Qualifications

  • Plans to attend or currently attend an accredited institution of higher education and pursuing a degree in a forestry-related field of study, which may include Forest Technology
  • Preference will be given to residents of Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Juniata, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Sullivan or Union County
  • Secondary preference will be given to students of Pennsylvania College of Technology, Williamsport, PA
  • Must demonstrate through an essay their appreciation for the forest and wood products industry

Qualifications

  • PA resident who has been placed in foster care by a child welfare agency at some point in their lives 
  • Admitted to a program of study: training may range from short vocational courses such as cosmetology, data entry or welding, through college and graduate study
