Qualifications
- Applicants must be enrolled in a civil engineering, civil engineering technology or civil technology curriculum
- Applicants must be either enrolled at Pennsylvania State University, Bucknell University or Pennsylvania College of Technology or have residence in the counties of Bradford, Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga or Union and attend another college
- Applicants must have completed at least the sophomore year of a four-year curriculum or the freshman year of a two-year curriculum by August 31
