Give One, Give All

During Raise the Region, thousands in our community come together to give millions to nonprofits—all in just 30 hours.

Since it began in 2013, Raise the Region has generated

over $19 million

for local nonprofits.

More than an annual fundraiser, Raise the Region is a movement of generosity. And every year, more of you add to the momentum by making plans to give.

Orchestrated by FCFP and conducted entirely online, the event is a 30-hour giving campaign designed to raise important funds for area nonprofits. We organize the event and provide the online giving platform. Participating nonprofits rally the community through social media. Sponsors offer stretch prizes and special incentives to make the giving go further.

Together, we raise millions to help nonprofits advance their work.

During our 2024 event:

For anyone and everyone

Raise the Region is a chance for the people of North Central PA to show up for the nonprofits they hold dear. During the event, anyone can make a donation (starting at $25) to a participating organization. Every gift goes straight to the local good.

Over 300 area organizations participate in this vital fundraiser. You must be a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a place of business in Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Tioga, or Union County. A few other rules apply.
