Qualifications:
- One male student; one female student
- Attend an accredited institution of higher education
- Preference given to applicants attending Lycoming College, Gettysburg College or Pennsylvania College of Technology
- Demonstrated academic achievement
- Will have unmet financial need
- Award paid over 4 years as long as recipient remains in good academic standing at their college/university
- Deadline April 1
