Qualifications
- Attend, full-time, an accredited four-year institution of higher education
- Attended Muncy High School from freshman year through senior year
- Selected from the top ten (10) academic performers
- Attained at least one varsity letter in either in sports or band
- Exhibits continued growth in his/her citizenship
- Possess qualities of leadership, honesty and integrity
- Determined to succeed
- Deadline April 1
