Qualifications
- Attend an accredited institution of higher education
- Attended Muncy Jr./Sr. High School for at least two (2) years
- Has attained at least two (2) varsity letters in the sport of wrestling
- Demonstrated qualities of good character and integrity
- Involved in extra-curricular activities and clubs
- Deadline April 1
