Qualifications
- One male student, one female student
- Attend an accredited institution of higher education
- Must have completed grades 10, 11, 12 at Muncy Jr/Sr High School
- Must rank in upper 1/5 of the class for Junior and Senior years
- Must be in good standing in both studies and deportment
- Deadline April 1
