Qualifications:
- Attend, full-time, an accredited institution of higher education, preferably in Pennsylvania
- Exhibits good citizenship and community involvement
- Will have unmet financial need
- Is not a recipient of other major scholarship awards
- Other than a strong potential for success, such factors as class rank and grade point average will not be criteria in making a selection unless in the judgment of the selection committee such factors are needed to distinguish between multiple potential candidates
- Award paid over 4 years as long as recipient remains in good academic standing at their college/university
