Qualifications

  • Graduating student at a high school (public, private, parochial, or home-schooled) located in Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder or Union County
  • Attend an accredited college, university or vocational school that offers a two (2) year or four (4) degree or certification program
  • Applicants must complete an online application and answer an additional essay question that is determined by FCFP staff on a year-to-year basis
  • Other than the criteria previously identified, such factors as class rank and grade point average will not be criteria in making a selection unless in the judgement of the selection committee such factors are needed to distinguish between multiple potential candidates
  • Deadline April 1
