Structural Pruning Workshop

Learn how thoughtful pruning when trees are young can encourage healthy structure and a longer life.
Join Cody Kouneski, an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist with Bartlett Tree Experts, for an outdoor workshop exploring how trees grow, respond to injury and develop strong branches. We’ll discuss tree biology, how trees contain decay, the main branches that form a tree’s structure and proper pruning techniques.
We’ll put these concepts into practice by pruning the newly established trees around Rider Park’s parking area.
