- Graduating high school senior from Montgomery Area High School
- Attend, full-time, an accredited institution of higher education
- Must be ranked in top 25% of class
- Has participated in one or more student activities during senior year
- Exhibits good citizenship and displays overall positive school spirit to ensure good representation of alma mater
