Star Party at Rider Park

Please arrive between 8:30 and 8:50. We will start this event early at 9pm. It will not be completely dark yet, but we want to begin this event with an explanation of the seasonal changes in the night sky. As the sky darkens, we will be able to look through several different types of telescopes to view night sky objects. Plan to be at the park for approximately 2 hours. Please bring your chair, blankets, warm clothes, and snacks.
