Qualifications
- One female student
- Attend an accredited four-year college/university or other educational institution
- Plans to major in physical therapy
- If no viable candidates fit the criteria, then students who plan to major in occupational therapy, nursing or other related health care profession (in that order of preference) may be considered
- Must have resided in Montoursville Area School District a minimum of three (3) years prior to graduation
- Preference to a student who has not received other scholarships and demonstrates financial need
