The First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania (FCFP) recently appointed Steven M. Simms as Chief Financial Officer. Simms joins FCFP with over two decades of accounting and finance experience. He most recently served as the Comptroller and Business Operations Manager at Lycoming County Resource Management Services. He has worked in a variety of sectors and specializes in financial presentation, budgeting, and forecasting. Steve is a graduate of Susquehanna University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

As Chief Financial Officer, Simms will have oversite of the financial, accounting, and investment activities of the Foundation. In addition, he will be responsible for human resource management, benefits administration, and risk management. He will also oversee the operations of the FCFP Philanthropy Center and Rider Park. Simms will work closely with the Foundation’s auditing firm and outsourced Chief Investment Officer safeguarding FCFP’s $135 million in assets.
