SUMMARY:Will Week 2026
DESCRIPTION:Have you been putting off creating a will or updating an existing estate plan? \nA will is one of the most important ways to protect the people you love\, ensure your wishes are honored\, and provide peace of mind for the future. It can also be an opportunity to reflect on the legacy you hope to leave behind. \nWill Week 2026 is an opportunity to take that important step while saving on estate planning services through participating regional law firms. \nHow It Works\nFrom August 10–14\, participating attorneys will offer a 15% discount on estate planning services when appointments are scheduled during Will Week using the code “FCFP WILL WEEK.” Appointments may take place at a later date but must be scheduled during the promotional week to qualify for the discount. \n\nReview the list of participating attorneys.\nContact a participating law firm between August 10–14\, 2026.\nMention the code “FCFP WILL WEEK” when scheduling your appointment.\nReceive a 15% discount on estate planning services.\n\nParticipating Law Firms\nView the current list of participating attorneys and law firms here: \nView Participating Firms \nParticipating firms are located throughout the region and are partnering with FCFP to help make estate planning more accessible during Will Week. \nWhether you’re creating your first will or updating an existing plan\, Will Week makes it easier to prioritize your future\, protect your loved ones\, and create a lasting impact in your community. \nFor questions about Will Week or charitable legacy planning\, contact First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania at 570-321-1500. \n  \nThe PA Giving Pledge\nWill Week is part of the PA Giving Pledge\, a statewide initiative encouraging Pennsylvanians to consider leaving at least 5% of their estate to charitable causes. \nOver the next decade\, an estimated $418 billion will transfer between generations in Pennsylvania. The PA Giving Pledge was created to help ensure a portion of that wealth remains in the communities where it was earned\, helping local nonprofits continue their work for future generations. \nA charitable gift in your estate plan can support the causes that have shaped your life—whether that’s education\, healthcare\, the arts\, conservation\, faith-based organizations\, human services\, or other community priorities. \nThe pledge is entirely voluntary and can be tailored to reflect your personal values and philanthropic goals. Through thoughtful estate planning\, it’s possible to provide for your loved ones while also creating a lasting impact in the communities you call home. \nFirst Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania is proud to support the PA Giving Pledge and help individuals and families explore charitable giving options as part of their legacy planning.
