Nature’s Palette: Clay Art in Rider Park

We are going to work with clay this summer! 

Lycoming Arts will host an Artist in Residency at Rider Park. Local clay artist Kathy Gorg will lead us in making handbuilt clay creations inspired from nature. Participants will create a textured clay bowl and a small animal sculpture.

We are asking that participants, aged 16+ attend ***all FIVE days***.
Each session runs on Tuesdays from 6:00pm to 8:30pm. 

The dates are May 28 & June 4, 11, and 18, 2024.

An Art Show will be held during the First Friday event at Lycoming Arts, 46 W. 4th Street, Williamsport, PA, on July 5th from 5-9pm, for participants to display their handbuilt clay creations.

• This class is limited to 15 participants
• Cost for the entire program is $100, which includes all materials, firings, and artist instruction
• If this is a hardship, limited scholarships are available upon request
